2012 Early Voting Meet-Up Information

Often, people forget to get out and vote. Either that or they don't feel like dealing with the hassle of election day voting lines stretching around the corner of their neighborhood precinct. The following links were made to help the situation.

Early voting is the best chance a voter has of voting with as little hassle as possible. I'm not sure what the best practice for getting groups together to early vote, but here's what we're trying this year in my group:

We will all meet up at a restaurant near the early voting location (in our case, a library). Discuss matters briefly over a breakfast or lunch, then all go across the street and vote. Afterwards, we may also plan an activity, but at least it gives each of us a chance to plan for something not specifically or exclusively out of the desire to partake in civic responsibility.

As an aid, each county in the state of Florida is listed below. Each link takes you to a forum thread which contains all the early voting dates, times and locations for the 2012 general election. Also listed is the voter registration statistics for the particular county. If you feel like discussing any issues within the county you live, register with the "Florida In Common" forum website and feel free. There are many other topics about the state on the forum if you're interested. But for the purposes of getting out the vote this year, hopefully you'll find the "2012 Early Voting Dates Times Locations" information useful.

Thank you, and also feel free to leave a comment on this entry.
